When I ordered these straws I thought I would use stainless steel straws. It's good but COLD when I'm having a drink with ice. That's why I use silicone. They are great to use and color coded if more than one person is using straws. They are very easy to clean with the brushes provided and easy to wash. They're soft and flexible, making them easy to roll up and carry around in your purse, but they WILL NOT fold when you suck on them, even with thicker drinks. I'm a fan!
