These are good straws depending on what you want to use them for. If you plan to use them for a jar, don't buy them as they are too short. If you want to replace disposable straws at home for your kids, great! I've included a photo of the straw that came with my 20oz glass so you can see the size difference. The quality of the product is good, the description does not reflect the real size of the straw.

When I ordered these straws I thought I would use stainless steel straws. It's good but COLD when I'm having a drink with ice. That's why I use silicone. They are great to use and color coded if more than one person is using straws. They are very easy to clean with the brushes provided and easy to wash. They're soft and flexible, making them easy to roll up and carry around in your purse, but they WILL NOT fold when you suck on them, even with thicker drinks. I'm a fan!

The silicone straws are ok, I find them a bit soft for me, but I really liked the stainless steel straws! They kept my drink cold and were easier to clean than silicone hoods. The problem is that both of the stainless steel straws had cracks halfway through so they stopped working. I contacted the seller about this and he replied that he would send a new set of straws. I bought them for cocktails. Works well. Arrived very well packaged and undamaged. You get 8 different colored silicone straws, 2 metal straws, 2 cleaning products and a bag to carry everything.
