I like that it has an easy to use interface, which makes training staff members very simple! It also allows us to manage our clients in one place as well. The only thing about this software we dislike are some of their customer service reps. They can be slow at responding when you call them with questions or concerns regarding your account; however they do eventually get back to you. We have been able to streamline many processes within my organization by using PAS. This product helps me keep track of all client information from start-to-finish so there aren't any missing details throughout each stage of processing a new hire's application. Also being able to see everything together gives me peace of mind knowing nothing will fall through the cracks along the way. Our biggest benefit comes down to having access to such great resources right away without needing to spend.
