Review on 🌿 Bayes High-Performance Fabric Protectant Spray - Indoor and Outdoor Use, Repels Liquids and Stains, Waterproof, UV Protection - 24 oz, 2 Pack by Myel Shuey

Purchased with the intention of covering and protecting a custom outdoor green and black wicker hammock from the harsh summer elements of New Orleans. Aside from a case that needs to be carried on a daily basis, I was hoping for the product's promise of UV protection and water repellency. Following the directions, I used an entire spray bottle to wet just ONE side of the hammock, but I did just that and let it dry for 24 hours before putting it outside. Within two days I noticed severe sunburn on the side of the hammock I was treating and quickly put everything to shame. I haven't tested the water repellency yet - I was very disappointed with the lack of sun protection. Most likely you will have to order a real cover. A huge disappointment in performance given the cost of the product.
