Review on Vintage Pleated Skirts Elastic Flared by Kate Vaughn
Not Worth the Price
After I put it to the test, the vintage pleated skirt was a major disappointment. The elastic was loose and offered no support causing the skirt to constantly fall down .The fabric also felt cheap and scratchy against my daughters skin. The only positive was the flared design, but it's not enough to make up for the flaws. Overall, I would not recommend this skirt..
