Our household was also stuck at home and needed a better setup for working from home. I have an LG 4K monitor at work and love the easy connection with a USB-C cable. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro model as well as a 13" HP Specter that I was planning to use it on. It's easy to set up out of the box. HP and it turned on right away but didn't charge. I eliminated every possible scenario I thought possible. Tried a MacBook and it worked fine. I googled this model and found the Windows 10 drivers available on the Philips website. Downloaded and still no luck. I tried not to mess around with anything. I even bought an HP USB-C cable after reading that HP models can be power hungry, but no luck. Then I went in and tried out all the settings on the monitor. When I have a USB 3.2 or 2.0 setup, I clicked them back and forth and successfully recognized the charging. If I disable it and enable it again, I have to push 3.2 to 2.0 or vice versa. I don't know why this is happening. but of course I'm glad I did.
