Regular drill users need these drills. Apart from the fact that I lost one of them they are great. When regular shank bits become dull, we use them over and over and they don't work well. But when they get dull, all you have to do is go to the hardware store, buy a new bit, and replace the old one. Since I work with a countersink a lot, I replaced the 1/4" drill bit with a countersink.
