A Disappointing Online Shopping Experience Can Be Had at Roomfitters

My experience as a customer of Roomfitters has left me exceedingly dissatisfied with the standard of customer service and the quality of the products offered by this online retailer. My most recent furniture acquisition for the living room turned out to be a complete and utter disaster. Because of the delay in delivery, the products were already broken and of low quality when they were eventually delivered. Because the customer support team did not respond to our questions or offer any assistance, we were unable to find a solution to the problem. My frustration and dissatisfaction with the purchase were compounded by the fact that the procedure for returning the item was convoluted and inconvenient. Any person who is searching for high-quality furniture and a trustworthy shopping experience should not go to Roomfitters in my opinion. Look around at other internet stores to see if you can find one that provides products and services that are of higher quality.
