Bought Today, Received Today. I tried it right away. LOVE IT! I've tried both heads that came with it, didn't pull, didn't scratch, very close and finished the entire back area in less than 10 minutes and I'm neither flexible nor skinny. And most importantly, absolutely no discomfort when putting on a shirt. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a close and close shave. I had a wax on my back and it hurt like MF. I will never have to go back to this as long as this product is made!
