Review on 👶 TotLogic Sulfate Free Kids Shampoo – 8 oz Original Scent – Natural, Paraben Free, Non-Toxic, Plant Based Formula – Safe for Babies and Toddlers by Joy Anderson

UPDATE - 2-1-2018: My family has been using TotLogic since my original review in 2013 and we love it now as much as we did then. The reason for the update is to highlight the wonderful customer service experience I just had with company owner Jill Taft. I sent a message directly through the TotLogic website comments page suggesting they offer a bottle with pumps - I have osteoarthritis in my hands so squeezing the TotLogic bottles became more painful and difficult. Within a few days, Jill answered me directly and said they switched to a different bottle manufacturer that uses a softer plastic, so I should notice a difference once I've used up my 1+ year old stash in my closet. She also said she would forward my suggestion to her production staff for consideration in the future. But to my delight, she also offered to find some pumps that fit TL bottles and ship them to me! They arrived a few days later and they completely solved my pinch pain problem. I can't say enough about how wonderful Jill's response was. Jill and TotLogic have a customer for life!________________________________________________________________________________________________ I recently developed a contact allergy to the drugstore brand shampoo and conditioner that I have been using for many years. While not entirely surprising as I have other allergies, this was a new and incredibly frustrating development. I've scoured Revain and a few other websites to find products that are as chemical-free as possible (particularly sulfate-free) and came across TotLogic. After just a few days of using the shampoo and conditioner, my rashes were gone. My husband also noticed an improvement in his unrelated scalp condition when he started using TotLogic after his usual product ran out. We also really like that TotLogic products have a very light, pleasant smell - unlike most shampoos, which are very perfumed and quite irritating to allergy sufferers like us, it's gone too. I don't know why, although I suspect the other shampoo left a significant layer of something on my hair that makes it more likely to style itself after sleeping on it, even if it's only slightly damp. Our only very minor complaint is that we can only get this product online. We wish so much we could get it at a local beauty shop or similar store. Overall we were both very happy with TotLogic and hope they don't plan on changing the formula any time soon!
