I like that they can be used in many different ways to help my business grow! It's very user friendly, easy to understand and navigate through all their features. The support team is always helpful when you have questions or need them at any time during your day/week. Some new updates are confusing as it would take some getting use too but this has improved over last year. We've been able to see what our customers want before we even ask about products from other businesses. This helps us better serve our customer base which increases sales overall.
