Solid Support and Exceptional Customer Service

They have good customer support. I can get answers to my questions quickly. The hosting plan seems outdated and they are not very transparent about how things work (i.e. price changes). It's hard to decide what features and resources should be included in shared plans because there isn't any way to look up pricing information or compare it to other vendors who offer similar products. We've used them primarily as a web host for several years and haven't had any problems until recently when we tried moving one of our sites from another vendor over to them. Our site was down for hours before we realized something wasn't right. Support told me it was probably due to an update being installed but couldn't tell me anything else. The support team was very quick in answering questions or helping me troubleshoot any issues I had! They were always willing to help when needed but never made it feel like they are pushing sales. Great customer experience from start to finish! Nothing as far as this hosting goes has been bad so far (knock on wood). It's great having everything under one roof which makes life easier if there ever needs to be an issue with something within your account.

  • You receive plenty value given that many others charge more money per month
