Navisite Managed Hosting Review

I have been using this hosting solution since 2009 as my main web host so far (it was one year before Bluehost even came into existence). It has always worked well - great customer support when needed! I love the fact that they provide a free domain and that they have a free SSL certificate. I don't love the fact that they only have a few servers in different regions. If you want to host your website with a solid provider, this isn't the one. The support is terrible. I've had to ask for help on more than one occasion and have never once gotten an answer. They have good customer support. I can get answers to my questions quickly. The hosting plan seems outdated and they are not very transparent about how things work (i.e. price changes). It's hard to decide what features and resources should be included in shared plans because there isn't any way to look up pricing information or compare it to other vendors who offer similar products. We have been using this hoster since about 2 years (and I am still happy). The support team really helps me out in almost every situation - even when they are not able or willing do something themselves! If there's anything wrong it gets fixed quickly so no worries here either :) They also offer many different plans which makes choosing one easy as well :D Their hosting speed was always great too but recently some services slowed down just because my server got overloaded by another application
