I'm sorry to read that some people have received the wrong product, and even more sorry that this item is no longer available. We received the right product in January 2021 and were delighted. I was going to order it again as my son bought a scooter like his sister with the money saved and wanted the same light. It works great and has an impressive array of lighting options. Easily spotted riding her scooter at dusk or at night, she often likes to switch between rainbows, pink and purple, or police red and blue, flashing as she chases her brother on his skateboard. It was much fun. I hope this lantern is back in stock because we really want a second one. Also, this thing holds a charge. She's had it for about a month now and hasn't needed a charge yet. It slides easily over your scooter's handlebars and we use it vertically, but it can also be used horizontally. Colors flash and swirl or stay flat depending on the mode, and you can use it as a headlight or taillight if you want something more traditional or practical.
