First, I use it in a 40 ounce bottle with ice and water (not the 16 ounce as suggested). The flavor is good which I was worried about. I do not care for things sweetened artificially, with sugar or in this case Stevia leaf/Monk Fruit extract because it always is way to sweet for my taste. However, I find this very pleasant tasting for me in the 40 oz bottle. It’s great to take on long walks, hikes etc. and I also use it for intermittent fasting. I am pleased with the purchase and will purchase it again.
