Super cute, great for light sprinkle, leaks in heavy rain
I love the style and color. I don’t find it oversized, as some people have commented. It has a drawstring inside, so you can make it smaller if you want. Unfortunately, the hat leaks at the sewn seams. It still works well in a very light mist, but it is leaks terribly in a downpour. It is super cute though, I will keep it!
