OK, this is for the 2005 Ford F-250 Powerstroke 6.0. This truck was very difficult to start unless the engine was already warm. Review of the extended trouble codes revealed that spark plugs 2 through 8 are bad. I decided to change the glow plug harnesses at the same time. Removing the front wheels and fender liner is by far the easiest way to get at these spark plugs. Using a dedicated wire harness removal tool means you can remove these plugs with a 10mm deep socket. with spare wiring harnesses) perfectly solves the cold start problem. We recommend
