Frustrated with heating, cooling and air quality

Bought this product a few days ago and the heater won't stay on. The instructions don't help either. There are many warnings and where this 'safe' heater should not be placed. When you turn it on it gives out various numbers which I assume is what you want the room temperature to be. But after 5 minutes, it switches back to the fan blowing out cold air. Somehow I managed to stay the second night but it worked again the third time. To return.
