I was very happy to try this machine and bought boxes and cases of consumables, but within 5 minutes of use the needle stopped applying pigment to the surface. When feathering, the needle creates pixels regardless of the length of the open needle or the speed of the machine, but there is no pigment. When I first used it I thought the problem was the brand I was using so I switched pigments and even bought supplements to try to thicken or thin the pigments but nothing changed. I switched needles from different boxes a few times while tattooing to see if there might be problems with the cartridges, but again the pigment didn't settle. I would have sent it back but once I realized the problem was with the car the return policy had expired. Save yourself hours of frustration, money and time and don't buy this machine if you are a pro. Unreliable and not safe to use on clients.
