Tried this pan a few hours after delivery. Made the purchase hoping to find a replacement for the convenient but expensive 'perfect size' cake mixes I made for myself and my husband. . But after you've used it, the sections are obvious and the labeling isn't a disadvantage. There are no long instructions for the pan; none are needed. I measured out the ingredients, poured the mixture into the pan, whipped it up with a whisk, popped it in the microwave and six minutes later I had a chocolate cake. Light. And just as easy to clean in the dishwasher. The cake isn't as "pretty" as it would be in a traditional oven, but it will stand taller and be about two inches wider than more expensive Perfect Size mixes. Since one cake mix makes two cakes in this pan, I'm happy with that and will be recommending it to my empty and lonely friends.
