The product works great for some of what I bought it for. I bought it to be able to use the switch on the monitor and the capture card at the same time. The picture quality is great, but the audio keeps cutting out no matter if I move the audio slider to "Mix" or "Copy". UPDATE 5/22/2020: Support has been contacting me since I posted my initial review to try and fix the product, but I'm attributing it to an annoying bug that inevitably happens from time to time, and a few things around to fix my audio problems, support offered me a refund. I'm changing my rating from two stars to four stars for all the effort their customer service went out of their way to help. They were very responsive and went out of their way to help me.
