Review on Galanz GTWHG12BKSA10 4-in-1 ToastWave with TotalFry 360: Convection, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Air Fryer [Black] by Matthew Bahri

We've had this for 2 months - now it won't turn on at all. Customer service is terrible. They don't allow substitutions. You will receive a return check within 10-12 weeks. You can then buy back a new one (the price is $160 more than it was when we bought it). They also charge a $30 shipping fee - we have to deliver it in a box (who keeps a box after 2 months?). Plus a $10 restocking fee. I can't say that's enough - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy the product. -10 rating
