*DO NOT SPEND MONEY*

We've had this for 2 months - now it won't turn on at all. Customer service is terrible. They don't allow substitutions. You will receive a return check within 10-12 weeks. You can then buy back a new one (the price is $160 more than it was when we bought it). They also charge a $30 shipping fee - we have to deliver it in a box (who keeps a box after 2 months?). Plus a $10 restocking fee. I can't say that's enough - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy the product. -10 rating

Works as advertised.

This article keeps what it promises. Takes up a lot of countertop space. Easy food loading and unloading, which was important to us. Our built-in microwave was too high for our comfort of use. We use this device to replace 3 other devices. Worth the price. I'm thinking about getting another device for our home in Arizona. The first unit was damaged in transit, a replacement was sent and delivered within 5 or 6 days. I would recommend buying if you want one device that can do it all.

Don't buy it, it's junk. This is the worst designed item I have ever seen in my life and I am 69 years old.

I really don't like anything about this microwave oven. Unfortunately I was in the middle of a repair and didn't unbox it until the return window closed about a month ago. 1) You can't see the inside of the microwave while it's running, the light is on, but it's so dim you can't even see the turntable. turn. So if you heat milk, for example, you can't see if it starts to form. I could go on and on but to me this is an absolutely incredible thing and you would think they would warn you about it.
