I received a device with defects, but do not scold for the whole brand.

The product is a USB connector without a corresponding driver. When the camera was plugged into a USB port, it would not capture any light or image except within a distance of less than 5 inches from the camera, even with the ring light on, which is useless. Tried multiple PCs, different backlights, and all four ring light options (off, low, medium, and high) with no variable results. I didn't go for a replacement, just a different brand.
