My stove is dead. I went from one burner to none. The oven is fine, but I didn't have anything to cook in the pans. This will fit perfectly until I buy a new oven (which may be a while). Now I have 2 burners to work with. Of course, the distance between the two burners is small, but it works. We use it every day, it's holding up well. The only thing I would change is that there is no way to clean the burner plates if you spill something, so you have to be careful not to overcook. (In any case, you need to take care of a hot stove)
