That does not fit! on digitizers
This isn't the first time I've changed the screen of an iOS device, so I know roughly what I'm doing. However, this screen/kit does not fit the iPad Mini 3, especially the TouchID button area. And it's not an easy fit, the buttonhole is smaller than the button for example, and I think it's also slightly offset (but can't confirm that without measuring properly). Anyway, since this is an old iPad and my old screen was completely cracked, I put duct tape on one of the frames and moved on. It's not pretty, but it works.
