The shoes were defective and Clarks did not respond to my inquiries.
I had these shoes less than a month before the sole started to separate from the boot. This was really disappointing because they are quite comfortable. Clarks did not respond to my requests to resolve this issue. It's a shame because I really like Clarks shoes (this is my fourth pair) but I can't count on their help when they ship defective shoes.
