Review on 🔒 Kwikset SmartCode 917 Electronic Lever Deadbolt with Keypad Keyless Entry, Tustin Door Handle and SmartKey Security - Satin Nickel Finish by Damon Blazis

We have used the Halifax range of handles elsewhere and I have used the Kwikset electronic bolt and have been very happy with it. I thought it would be easy to join these two, but it's not. never mind but this product got C marks for interface development! You can't program very many access codes and it's completely useless in the dark. While my latch lights up the entire keyboard when a key is pressed, this one only lights up when a key is pressed. Absolutely useless. It works great and if it's in a lighted area and you only need 1 permanent code you should be fine but overall I'm disappointed, especially at this price point.
