Lovely kitchen thing
I bake my own bread from time to time, so slicing my loaves evenly definitely helps. However, when you receive the package, you need to build it up a bit, and there are no instructions on how to do it, and it is made of bamboo and is quite delicate to assemble. So if you're not careful you can break it like I did. . However, there's nothing a little wood glue won't fix. Cleanup is easy as it comes with a drip tray that all the breadcrumbs fall into as you cut.
