The platform seems easy enough for use with little technical knowledge required; however it does require some form of web development experience if one wants their own customised landing page designs etc as well! We were looking at creating our next campaign that would have multiple touch points (social media posts/messaging campaigns) which we wanted each individual piece tied together in order to create more cohesive messages across all platforms - this allowed us access not only through social networking but also email lists too so they could be reached via direct marketing channels such as print or radio ads where appropriate.
