Used and Damaged

I have never written a review but it was so bad I feel compelled. new Addi needle set matching the product images. Instead, the packaging has a sticker that says "Thanks to you, this product has a second life." Which I might have been willing to do if I had found out beforehand. Second, the item is worn and damaged beyond reasonable expectation. The trim breaks off completely two inches on a pin, leaving a jagged edge. Holy cow! None of my used needles are that bad! USED and DAMAGED product? Are you kidding me?
