The team is very professional, friendly & helpful in all aspects of video production from planning through delivery - they are always looking at ways we can improve things! They have been able to build up my knowledge base over time so that I am more confident about what works best when shooting different types/styles etc., but also know where there might be room for improvement which really helps me as an editor too :) When starting out it's good if you get someone who has experience working within this type of environment because then your learning curve will not seem quite such steep initially (as long as their advice isn't just 'do everything like us').
