WHEN I FINALLY INSTALLED IT it worked perfectly - this product has to be one of the chunkiest CPU cooler builds I've ever worked with due to the way you cool yourself juggling, cooler adapter (included to make the CPU cooler "compatible" with various mobile devices), tightening the motherboard and the back of the motherboard cooler simultaneously with 4 screws, 2 of which are difficult to access due to the very close proximity other motherboard components. The blunt little adjustment wrench is a joke - you'll need pliers and long nosed pliers for at least two bolts. It's a shame as Cooler Master tends to sell very high quality products, but this one needs a little tweaking. If you could install the cooler adapters first, and then install the cooler on the already installed adapter, the installation time could be reduced by 3/4.
