I have used this strap 3 times with my Jeep Wrangler to get other cars stuck in the stand or center. One of them was a big F250 pickup weighing about 6500 pounds. The loop is strong and I just hung the belt loop on the hook on the Jeep's fender. Since the cars I rescued didn't have hooks, the other end was attached to an axle or frame. In one instance, the knot became so tight that I had to use a large screwdriver to pry the knot apart. The tape is very durable and never shows any problems. The loop is reinforced with a cover, the stitching is very strong. I've got 3 trains so far, I haven't had any issues with wear or stitching on the hinges. The strap rolls up easily and easily fits back into your carry case. Highly recommended.
