You might think that a ruler is something you can't screw up, but there's a serious problem with the design of both rulers. It is very difficult to get accurate measurements with a ruler because very small lines run along the ruler, spaced 0.5mm apart and 0.5cm long, with no dividing lines for each centimeter or half centimeter etc. large ones rows arise. from 0 to 10 cm and for a small one from 0 to 5 cm. My eyesight is 20-20, so I can't accurately measure something a few inches long. For example if you want to measure something 2.3cm, you really have no chance of figuring it out because there are literally 20 tiny lines between the 2 and 3cm marks that are way longer than they should be, and are very difficult to spot. see back to point 3.3. The Customs page is slightly better, but still not very user-friendly.
