Review on SUPAREE Inches Headlights Signal Wrangler by Michael Zambrano

As mentioned in other reviews, one of the halos of the daytime running lights is blown. I made sure the wiring is still ok and nothing is loose. I even switched the work light to a non-working one. DRL burned out. It is far from reaching the promised service life of 5,000 hours. I have contacted SUPAREE by email several times. They promised to send a replacement. They claimed to have shipped some but the tracking number they provided went to the post office across the country from me. They promised to fix it, but now they don't reply to the letters. It took 46 days and 11 emails from the start to writing this review. Their customer service philosophy seems to be about making empty promises, procrastinating, and hoping the customer will give up. I strongly recommend not buying these headlights or anything else from this seller if you want a long lasting product. EDIT 1: Well they finally shipped the replacement headlights instead of six months later guess what happened? The whole headlight does not work. See attached picture. (The direction indicators are also missing, but are from a different company.) If I could star these headlights, I would. Please do not buy from this company out of love for the deity you are worshipping.
