I am 54 years old. For the last twenty years I've tried pretty much every major brand of regular whey protein on the market. All of them caused me gastrointestinal problems to some degree. Some are worse than others, but they all made consistency difficult. Finally, after waiting too long, I decided to try Goat Whey. While I can't say that applies to everyone, I've had absolutely no problems with my gastrointestinal tract. Taste? Pure, with water, it reminds me of cream. "Goat "? Maybe a little, but nothing significant, and it's goat whey. So I expect it. Blends great in a blender. I think I've found what I'll be buying in the foreseeable future.
