They have been very responsive, proactive in getting us up & running quickly (we are still using them for our main website).

The UI could use some work -- it's not as intuitive/simple compared other tools we've used previously; however they're actively working towards improving this aspect of things so I'm hopeful that will continue going forward! We were looking at multiple tracking solutions when considering what would fit best within budget constraints but ultimately decided upon preMoniX because its simplicity was most appealing - plus there really wasn't much available out here beyond Google Tag Manager which didn’t seem like an ideal solution given how many options you had already considered before deciding between those two products specifically? Tracking conversions across different channels / devices etc., allowing me access via dashboard without having needlessly cluttering my inboxes every time something happened online.
