Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!
After you put the pan on the burner, you have to remove the handle, because it will not be possible to close the pan with a regular lid, and besides, the handle heats up and becomes scary behind the mechanism (and the handle is plastic, and the mechanism is plastic, although it is covered with metal at the base). As a result, it seems easier not to use the handle - I took the pan out of the shelf with my hand, put it on the stove, cooked it, waited for the pan to cool down, put it in the sink and washed it. The pen does not seem to be needed (except in rare cases).
- Easy to store, the handle doesn't get in the way. The pans themselves are of high quality, nothing burns, easy to clean.
- The hook mechanism of the handle works hard, rumbles against the pan and slightly deforms the edge of the pan. In fact, this is not critical, and after a couple of days you get used to holding the button on the handle, but it is surprising.
