Bought to replace my previous headrest which recently fell apart. For some reason, when you turn the knob to lock the headrest, the headrest disengages and therefore falls down when a customer lies on it. I always carry an allen wrench to tighten it, but I'll just buy a better quality headrest for future use. Buyer warning!
