Works well, but see the text of my review for pointers before buying.

This review is for a rug non-slip pad. Be sure to have a sharp utility knife if you need to cut it. And cut (or buy) it a few of inches smaller than your rug so the edges of the rug will lie flat on the floor, otherwise it becomes a trip hazard. Also, BE SURE to buy, or have, some GOOD double sided carpet tape handy to tape it to the rug, otherwise the rug will slide of of the pad and you'll have to keep repositioning it. Considering the cost and work, I wish I had paid more and bought padded rugs in the first place. If you do need to buy rug pads though, these should work for you.
