Purchased to possibly put under an 8 x 10 rug, but was sent the small round version. So small it fit in an envelope.I decided to use as a sample and placed it under the rug to see what I thought about the added thickness. The pad seemed of excellent quality, bu I realized II didn't need it and so didn't re-order the correct size and sent back the round one.

These rug pads are awesome; they feel and look really well made, give the perfect amount of cushioning, and keep the rugs in place perfectly. My order came with the wrong size pad and Joshua with customer service at RugPadUSA was super amazing with helping me out and getting the right pad sent to me. I highly recommend this company and these pads to anyone with a nice rug!

As other reviews noted: the rug somewhat slides around on top of the pad. So, it's advisable to use double sided tape to hold it down. Other than that, great. No smells, and is comfortable to walk on.

A little larger than the rug that I ordered even though they are supposed to be the same size. Will have to cut. Does a good job though.

Keeps the rug from sliding and was a little oversized so we could get the job done and then trim it to the perfect size for our rug.

I like that the rug pad stays put on my wood floors but my rug slides all over the top of this rug pad. I needed to put carpet tape between the rug and the pad to make it secure. Otherwise it's a pretty good product.

It just lies there, because it's a rug pad, but so far I have no problems with it. I had to trim about four inches from the width, but I assume these rugs don't all come in standard sizes, and this was the closest I could get to my rug's size. It was easy enough to do with a big pair of scissors. If I have any problems in coming years, I'll try to remember to come back and report.

my rugs are so much cushy now and more stable. I added tape between the pad and rug to make it even more secure on the tile That's my review!

We needed 3 10-13’ ft rug pads which can be difficult to find. We also wanted the pad to arrive in one solid length. (Another company cut the 13 ft in half for shipping). We didn’t want an extra cushioned rug pad because the rugs don’t need that and it would make them too high. The 1/8” thickness is just perfect! I discovered this company after a recommendation from the blog "Chris loves Julia” and they were right. The Best rug pads out there.

Ordered this pad for a new rug. The pad is well made however The rug slipped off daily. Contacted the company. They were very responsive. They sent an anti slip pad. The two together did the trick. It seems the rugs backing is the issue. Tried the pads on some of my other area rugs and they held the rugs just fine.

This fits great under a runner on a tile floor. So far no bunching, despite a toddler's best efforts. It makes the rug slightly softer.If you were hoping for something more plus, you may want to get a thicker size.

My antique 10' x 12' Persian carpet is still beautiful, but thinning. This pad protects the rug from additional wear and tear from the tile floor while making the carpet feel cush under bare feet. Plus, no slipping, no movement of the carpet. Love it!

So glad I got this. Product has the best ability of securing rugs to hardwood floors and also giving a soft feel to the rug.! Makes the rug stay in place and so plush underfoot. Helps deaden sounds more than a rug alone.

I have an entryway rug that I love but our excitable 3y/o dog kept it from staying in place…this product has stood up to the test:)

Met my expectations and gave a little cushion to my flat rug. My rug was slightly larger in size so I did not have to trim. May not provide adequate cushioning for thicker rugs!

Stairwell….stairs runner! Wish you would include blade to cut this pad! Seems to stay put…I also stapled it on each stair.

This review is for a rug non-slip pad. Be sure to have a sharp utility knife if you need to cut it. And cut (or buy) it a few of inches smaller than your rug so the edges of the rug will lie flat on the floor, otherwise it becomes a trip hazard. Also, BE SURE to buy, or have, some GOOD double sided carpet tape handy to tape it to the rug, otherwise the rug will slide of of the pad and you'll have to keep repositioning it. Considering the cost and work, I wish I had paid more and bought padded…

Because of the way the pad was folded it will not stay flat under the rug, therefore it makes my expensive 8'x10' rug look lumpy. I am not at all happy with it. There has to be another way to ship it without creasing it and making it flat to eliminate the problem. I've had the pad for a couple of weeks. Really would like a tip as to how to get the creases out.
