This bench change my life. I didn't take good care of my back pain for more than 17 months, I have tried inversion table, but that made me feel nauseous so I stop. My legs became tingling all the time, I spend most of my energy dealing with the pain and not able to do all the thing I needed to do until one day i couldn't get out of bed in the morning. After a serious research, I bought this stretch bench, I feel big relieve just for the first try, though the pain comeback after a while, I would said 20% of relieve at the first try make a big different to me already.I do feel more comfortable doing the stretch on my stomach and that's how I have been doing. I start doing the stretch 3 mins in the morning and 3 mins before I go to bed. now, after 6 days of trying, no more tingling on my legs,I also combine stretching, exercise, NAD+ supplement and more water intake in my daily routine, I can move a lot like before, more flexible and energy. I wish I had this bench long before my disc got damaged since my work require me sitting in front of computer for long hours everyday. will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.
