I have purchased a number of '14 AWG/4 wire' offerings from a number of vendors. Mediabridge's offering was one of the few that was truly 14 AWG and stranded. This cable is noticeably wider and heavier than most of its competitors, clearly showing that not all speaker cable sold in a given gauge is created equal. Another nice feature of this cable is that the outer jacket is snug enough against the conductors and not slack like some other cables. It feels really good and looks high quality, especially when assembling or braiding cables. Overall I would highly recommend this speaker cable and it's worth the slight price premium compared to others.
