I ordered too big. My son wears a size 8-10 and is thin. I ordered 10-12 and it was too much. I will exchange. I give 4 stars because we haven't used them and I leave 5 stars for exceptional items. If I'm amazed by the quality next summer, I'll add a star. I was concerned that the mesh would snag on the boy's parts but I can see it's a fine mesh and that's great.
