I initially gave a positive review after first use but having used this professional aluminum whipped cream dispenser on 1 pint from time to time since 2018 (now it is 4/2021) we have found that this dispenser does not slide the cream down to the spout well at all. All the cream will settle to the bottom after you put it in the fridge and won't rise to the top when you want to use it again. I had an iSi dispenser that I used without any problems many years ago. I had to buy a new one as my husband screwed the lid on tightly without first inserting the silicone ring into the lid and it never opened again. I am very disappointed in this product and actually whipped cream by hand with a mixer last night instead of using this thing more. I guess I'll give it away and buy another.
