Unfortunately, despite the lofty expectations I had for Pacsafe's online store, I did not have a positive experience shopping there. The website was difficult to traverse, and it took an inordinate amount of time for me to locate the information I required. My things did not arrive in the condition that was described to me, nor did they live up to the standards I had set for them. The procedure for returning the item was a hassle, and I had to pay for the delivery both ways. In general, my experience with Pacsafe's online business was less than satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to other people.
