I love this Christmas tree! Fits perfectly in the corner and has a whimsical quality that sets it apart from the 'typical' Christmas tree. To clarify some things I've read in other reviews: yes. It requires a lot of flooring after being crammed into a tiny box. My tree had splits in a few places but it wasn't structurally broken (or at least I wasn't) and it has character and the fact that it had a log sold. point me out A lot of people had issues with spacing during assembly. I tapped mine with a rubber mallet and voila! The gap has disappeared. This tree can easily be used for winter decoration only. which adds value IMO. It also fits into small spaces without feeling cramped. But consider this before you buy. If you want a fully filled tree. it's not like this. The long open barrel allowed me to give it the appearance of a pot with no problem. (Mine is in a $1 plastic laundry basket covered in coffee bean burlap.) I also placed the rocks on the stand to make sure it wouldn't tip over. She doesn't burn. I used 1 garland chain (72ft I think). I'll be ordering a second garland to achieve the look I'm going for, but the garlands are great for this tree. Very happy with my purchase.
