I've only been using it for about 7 months. It has been used a total of 6 times with the last 4 uses being within the last month. Worked great the first few times, but while grinding boneless chicken breasts I noticed the whole attachment started to wobble a bit and the blender motor made a noise like it was straining a bit. I stopped, checked everything and drove on. Same behavior. I chalked it up to cheap parts and hoped it would last a little longer. I noticed small scratches on the metal plate but I thought that was normal. Fast forward to the last two occasions I've noticed black spots/spots on meat. I thought it was from the meat itself until the blackheads got bigger and more common. When I last disassembled the nozzle, there were black growths of fine shavings around the blade. You can see in the photos how the fat from the meat sticks it together into a lump but then spreads over the surface. I double checked the setup by checking the instructions and checking my parts bin. No, nothing is forgotten or misconfigured as it is very easy to set up. We use the blender for other purposes and we have a variety of other attachments that work with no issues or issues. will not hold up to 20 pounds of boneless chicken breasts.
