The problem with our basket is that right out of the box the welds on the side rail hinges cracked as you can see in the picture. Looks like it was just nailed on and the stitching was never finished! Not to mention the lack of a carabiner for the safety chain. If you have a welder, this is an easy fix, but tedious. Yes we can get a refund from the supplier if we send it back but it will be more difficult to repackage and ship it to UPS. Did I mention the guard is not aligned properly? It is on the side and therefore does not protect against the charging mast. It is clear that quality control is not paramount. Forget the OSHA approved platform. The platform itself is fine and stable, but as other reviewers have pointed out, it doesn't have drainage holes so needs to be covered. .This is better than using a palette, but not by much.
